St. John's Churchyard, Nenthead
« on: Sunday 17 May 09 20:39 UTC (UK) »

Does a plan exist of the Churchyard which has on it the names of all the people who were buried there.
I have a note of all those with headstones but would like to be able to fit the others into their correct places.

Hi Vera

I cannot speak for this particular parish but when I wanted exactly the same for one in Hertfordshire, I spoke to tviacar.  He gave me the tel no of the church warden and he sent me the information.  Apparently it is part of their role but not all are as thorough as some.

It may be worth you either ringing or writing to him.

I hope this helps.

Regards

Thanks, Half Pint,
I have asked but was told that there is not a copy at the Church.
