Hi

There is no 1851 or 1861 entry for a Mary Woolley b Leics/Derbyshire 1843 +- 2yrs with a father George so you are going to need to buy a copy of her birth cert to get full parent details

I suspect one of two things

She was illegitimate and mum married pre-1851 and Mary is shown under her mothers married name.  It was quite common for illegitimate children to make up a fathers name when they married for "respectability" reasons

She was legitimate but George died and mum re-married - scenario as above

Hi,

I have just discovered a marriage on Free BMD which may assist you.

Robert GLADWIN Woolley  June Q 1852 Aston 6d 305.

This could possibly be Robert age 21 on the 1851 Census, son of George & Elizabeth Woolley,
born Smalley Derbyshire.

Spendlove.
