Andrew STANLEY - Birth/Marriage - Romford area- COMPLETED

Is there a kind soul out there with access to parish registers for the Romford area?  I am unable to find this birth/christening or marriage in the IGI. 

Following is what I know of Andrew:
Andrew STANLEY and wife, Martha Maria (or Martha Sophia) were living in St Luke Old Street, Finsbury, London and had children:
Sarah Elizabeth 26 Aug 1841
Andrew William 12 Mar 1844
John Edward 21 Mar 1846

Andrew STANLEY would have been born 1800-1820ish and would have been married
1840ish. 
I have Elizabeth STANLEY, born in Romford 1798, married to William KENDALL and living in Clerkenwell, London in 1822 and naming their first born Andrew.  I am deducing that Andrew STANLEY and Elizabeth STANLEY are at least related, if not siblings but the IGI does not include Andrew.

After receiving a lookup in the london census, I now know that Andrew was born in London (Bishopsgate) so I assume he probably married there as well.  Thanks to anyone who might have taken time out to search in Essex!
