Streatley is in Berkshire and therefore comes under the Berkshire Records Office who have the PRs on Microform (as far as I can see, there are no transcripts available for sale). You can either use their research services or maybe see whether someone on the Berkshire board is going to the BRO.

Harry I put it on the Oxfordshire board as the OxfordshireFHS has microform copies of the Parish Registers. On the Oxon board there was more chance that someone had a copy

From the IGI:
Stephen BAILY married Elizabeth SPRULES on 25 July 1810 at Chaddleworth.
And the only Elizabeth SPRULES I can find are:

Would all that tie in??
If you need any more help Bailey's at Chaddleworth please ask - I have rather complete burials there and the IGI holds a large amount of the Parish Registers... Lucky you!

but he had been married to Lucy?
Stephen and Elizabeth had Jacob b 1821 Lucy b 1827 Charley b 1812 Esther b 1826 Anne b 1817then with Lucy there was Hannah b1835 Thomas b1835
Jacob Bailey married Kezia Bennett there son Stephen married ANN CRIPPS CLASPER??

Here we are; now some of the names make sense:
Jacob buried 19 Mar 1891 aged 72 at Chaddleworth.
Kezia buried 15 Jan 1907 aged 75 at {ditto} .
Charles buried 02 May 1885 aged 73 at {ditto} .
Two Lucy's at Chaddleworth.... so take your pick:
buried 29 Sep 1866 aged 72 years
buried 24 Feb 1872 aged 78 years
22 Sep 1834, Chaddleworth, Stephen Bailey married Lucy Pearce.
Lucy Pearce NOT baptised at Chaddleworth. It's a bit of a common name - so a search would be a bit of a struggle to find.
Thomas of Thomas and Lucy baptised Chaddleworth 02 Aug 1835
Hannah of Thomas and Lucy baptised Chaddleworth 25 Aug 1839
