1861 census look up please

Hi,
Please could someone look for the following for me:-

Richard Cheshire born abt. 1828 in Shropshire
wife Ann born abt. 1830 also in Shropshire
dau. Mary Jane born 1852 in Shrewsbury, Shrops.

I'm fairly sure that they will be living in the district of Shrewsbury, Shropshire.
