Not sure where you've searched for a record of Margaret Follis' birth but civil registration of births began 1864 so there will be no birth certificate.

Margaret"s father is weaver Richard Follis 70 in 1901  living with wife Charlotte, also 70 in Lurgan in 1901.  Charlotte Thompson and husband Richard Follis baptized Elizabeth b. March 31,1861 and Sarah Ann b.  Feb 28,1863 at Lurgan Frist.  Possibly Margaret has a second name?

David's father is John Archer and he and his father are builders.  In 1901 David says he is a bricklayer born abt 1856 and Maggie was born about 1862.  Children  Edith 5 and Sarah Ann 3 are with them.   The church does not seem to have the kid's baptisms.  I assume they used another church.

There was a John Archer born to John Archer and Jane Green on March 2, 1830 who was baptized at Lurgan First.   However, I am not seeing any other related Archers though I am missing the page where David would have been baptized.

However. John Archer, builder, had daughter Rebecca born abt 1866 and not baptized there.  You could find her baptism to find the family church.  Rebecca married Thomas McIlwaine of Corcreany at Lurgan First in 1896 and Martha Archer was a witness.

A possible Martha is Martha Archer 24 in 1901,with sister Lena  Dowey,29 who had just married  William Dowey .  Again none of these people have records  at Lurgan First.  Their mother is widow Mary Jane 60 in 1901.
