WILLIAMS - Little Rollright

Harriet Deborah WILLIAMS was buried 19 Nov 1851 aged 13. Her mother, 67 year old Mary WILLIAMS (ms Mason), was buried the same day.
On the 1851 census Harriet is at home with her sisters ennumerated with Hannah (married name PAIN) and Hannah's sister Elizabeth, and her mother Mary is out at work as a washerwoman - HO107-1732-F382-P25.

Might there be a newspaper report or similar referencing to the death? Where would I look for such a thing?
I wonder if something happened at the Mill where they lived.

Edit: A few details, and a lesson to myself to always double read any attached notes!

Thank you for making me double check my notes =)
I have made a note that Harriet isn't actually Mary's daughter.
It gets a bit confusing...
On the 1851 married daughter Hannah is listed as head, presumably because mother is out at work.
Hannah's sister, Elizabeth and Harriet are both listed as "daur" in relation to head of household.
IGI gives Harriet's parents as George and Maria - I've not yet found them.

Thanks for finding that. I think this might be my new source of confusion family.
I think I need to go and spend some extra time on this line and see what comes up.

At least I'm 100% sure of the 2 WILLIAMS ladies being buried on the same day.
