There is a submitted IGI entry. I am not familiar with Welsh districts so may not be right.

Hi.  If I now apply for the birth certificate of one of Griffin's  siblings after 1840 it should tell me if the marriage which you locatEd is correct. Thankyou for your assistance. Eirwen

Have you tried 19th Nov 1833 Evan William to Martha John at Llandewi Velfrey.
