I was wondering where the electoral records are kept for Woking, Surrey and if they provide a look-up service for people like me who live overseas and can't access them in person. I have found the family in question headed by Frank Chapman, a railway labourer (his wife Edith Mary) and daughters Hilda and Ivy and son Frederick in the 1911 census living at 15 Vale Farm Road in Woking, but was wondering if they stayed at the address for some time after that and was hoping to maybe see if I can build more information on this family. (Frank is my Grt. Grandmother's brother).
Any help or ideas on this would be appreciated.
