Hi,
This one is worth contacting SP direct to see if the record has slipped through their system, which has happened. I had a trawl for the marriage and only one Archibald & Harkins marriage coming up close to your date was 1900 but not to the forenames mentioned.
                                                                                                        Regards,
                                                                                                              Dunmac.

Hello wildgoose,

I had a similar problem with the marriage certificate for one of my great great grandparents. Details were included on their children's birth certificates and also on IGI, but no sign of a marriage certificate on SP. I e-mailed SP and found out that it had accidentally been omitted from the index.

Unfortunately, it took several months before if was added to the index and in the meantime I got fed up waiting so I applied to the GRO for an official copy.
