This seems like a possible for Michael -
WWI Draft Registration Card Michael P. Molloy 505 Dauphin St., Phila., Pa. Age 40, born 16 March 1878 White, naturalized citizen Present occupation - mfr Employer - Michael P. Molloy, 505 Dauphin St., Phila., Pa. Nearest relative - Mrs. Bridget Gallagher, Forest City, Penna.
I'm not having much luck finding anything for him from WWII, but you can see some of them for free here: http://labs.familysearch.org/

If he put his own name down as employer, I would assume he was self-employed. My first guess for "mfr" would be manufacturer, but maybe someone else can think of something I missed.

Hi Everyone,
I have now got Michael Patrick Malloys millitary records or some of them anyway I am now seeking imformation on his next of kin who he names as Mrs Bridget Gallagher, Forest City, Philadelphia, on annother occasion he names her as Mrs John Gallagher. I am pretty sure they are related as Michaels Mothers Maiden name was Gallagher and his sister was called Bridget, if anybody can help me find any imformation be it census, bmd etc I would be most grateful it also lists Michaels occupation as Miner and he was admitted to hospital each time suffering from recipient turbuculosis
Many Thanks Jane
