Chadwicks in DOVERIDGE, please help!

Hi, I've been looking for a Samuel Chadwick born in Doveridge around 1802. I couldn't find him for ages, but then found on the IGI that all the Chadwicks in Doveridge seem to be listed as Chaddock.

So, if anyone has access to Doveridge parish registers, I've got a few questions:

1) Is Samuel born 1 Aug 1802 named Chadwick or Chaddock?

2) Are there any Chadwick/Chaddock baptisms before 1732 (when IGI coverage starts)? Particularly a James b around 1730?

3) Can you see a marriage of Thomas Chadwick & Mary around 1792 or James Chadwick & Hannah around 1755?

Coverage for Doveridge Parish Registers starts in 1574, the following information is taken from:-

The letters at the start of the batch numbers are C = Male & Female Baptisms
                                                                              J = Male Baptisms
                                                                             K = Female Baptisms
IMPORTANT TO READ INSTRUCTIONS PRIOR TO SEARCHING THE ABOVE SITE.

The first Bpt for a Chaddock is not until Mary 19.2.1756 and the first Marriage is not until 26.4.1790 for
Hannah Chaddock, daughters of James & Hannah.

So it is quite possible that the marriage of James Chaddock = Hannah took place prior to them moving
to Doveridge or even Derbyshire have you tried Lancashire?

I have only seen the transcriptions on the IGI, but would assume that the name Chaddock is correct(there are
too many entries over 50 years for them all to be wrong) later generations changed  the name to ChadwicK.
