Looking for Samuel & Annie Jones, living in Gateshead 1911 Census.

Hi,

Hope someone out there may be able to help me find descendants of my Gt Gt Uncle Samuel Jones (born Oswestry) & his wife Annie (born Ireland).

The 1911 Census shows him living in Gateshead, with Annie and the following children:

Mary 8 & James 6, both born in Manchester.
John 4, born in Jarrow.
Fred 2, born in Gateshead.

Don't know how to trace the family after 1911.

Maybe someone out there has similar names in their Family History which could link to mine.

I'd appreciate any leads.

Hi,

If you know Annie's maiden name you could search for any other children born after the census.

Did Samuel serve in WW1?  You could search for any records; might get some more information.

You could search for any marriages/early deaths for the children.

 I've not had much response on this board so I have placed the post on the Northumberland board, just in case these people  moved to the Newcastle area on the other side of the river).
