Julia Watts wife age 34 born 1847 Wokingham
Julia E Watts age 6 scholar at home Wokingham Berks
Florence J H Davies adopted daughter Scholar at home 10 born Ashburton Devon
Elizabeth J Mansfield F age 21 Gen Dom Servant Wokingham Berks

Florence's parents may be Agnes Sophia Davies nee Watts & Thomas Roberts Davies(of Newmarket Canada married Mar q 1855 in Wokingham).  Agnes Sophia is listed on a headstone in the baptist church, Wokingham but doesnt give a date:
In loving memory of
James Watts who died May 4th 1863 aged 59
also near this spot
Maria Elizabeth wife of the above who died March 8th 1846aged 41
also of Agnes Sophia wife of T R Davies
................illegible

Can anyone spot the family on any census, or any help with finding her possible second marriage or death.  
I have Agnes Sophia Davies died Sep q 1864 Farnham
or Agnes Sophia Davies died Dec 1903 Fulham
I dont know which is right if any?

Well, this looks like Florence's birth:

Florence Isabel H Davies Q2. 1871 Tiverton Vol. 5b  Pg. 431

At the moment, I can't see an Agnes Davies in the area on the 1871  Undecided

Hi

As you are not completely sure as to who her parents were - would a copy of her birth cert be the best way forward.  You have her as Florence Julia but she was Florence Isabel

If Agnes Sophia was her mother - she cannot be the one who died in 1864

The 1903 death was b 1836.  If she married 1855 and had Florence 1871 she must have had other children in between
