OK I have had a chance to look at some of the research I was Given and most of it looks good Smiley
I found a E-mail from Anne saying that 55 Etnam Street Leominster was the Evason family home and 5 caswell

Road was her Fathers Home ( George Evason & Frances Evason (Weaver) )

This is what she sent me:

Richard Evason Chr 1.1.1772 Cardington, Married a Eleanor Hotchkiss of Home Farm LeebotWood on the 8.8.1798

Richard had 2 sons

Thomas Chr: 28.7.1799 Cardington
Benjamin bn: 18.4.1802? Condover Died:1882

Benjamin Married Hannah Carter bn:? chr:1804 Died:1886 ( Lythill ) They had 2 sons and 1 daughter

Mary Chr:3.8.1845 Condover  Buried:14.3.1862 ( Condover )
John bn:1832?
William chr:1830 Lythill? Buried:15.1.1896 ( Condover )

William Married Margaret Quirk bn:1832/3 Whitehaven on the 11.10.1853 at St.Marys Church Sheffield They had

6 sons and 3 Daughters

William Carter bn:13.7.1855? Louth Lincs
George Oliphant bn/Chr:18.1.1857 Louth
Margaret Elizabeth bn:26.1.1859 Louth
Edmund Carter bn/Chr:6.12.1861 GreatFord Lincs

Nowhere - according to Free BMD she was not born until 1904 in Leominster

Alternatively you can ring the Leominster Register Office and order by phone and pay with a card.  That is quiclest way.

Good point - but if you do, dont quote the reference info above as its a foreign language to an LRO!

Hopefully by giving them the date of the marriage and the Church / RO they will go straight to the entry.

Fees are supposed to be the same nationwide, but I've heard of some examples where an LRO charge more for a quick turn round - its £7.00 from the GRO for comparison, and about 4 days lead time at present   Smiley
