Marriage in Ashton-Under-Lyne look-up please

My great great grandfather WILLIAM KERSHAW was born 2 May 1810 (sources: Family Bible and IGI) and bpt 1 Jul 1810 at St Michael's Parish Church Ashton-Under-Lyne. His parents are shown as William Kershaw and Betty (IGI)

There's a possible marriage shown in IGI between William Kershaw and Betty Lee(s) in Ashton-U-Lyne on either 24 or 29 Oct 1796 which I'd like to confirm.  Can anyone help, please, with looking up in parish registers?

William Kershaw & Betty Lees married by License

Witness's James Lawton & Robt Heally (looks Like)
