George McDonald 1892 - ? emigrated to Australia
Henry Scott 1893 - 1979 emigrated to Canada

Hello peedielass. You may wonder why one of your great-grandfather's  brothers was given the Christian names George McDonald. I think this may well be because of my grandfather. He was Dr. George McDonald, and as a newly qualified doctor he travelled around working in various places in the British Isles, presumably to gain experience. In the 1891 Census, aged 23, he is in Evie village as the Medical Practitioner and so may well have something to do with the birth of your G.M.Wilson in 1892. Not much help in your search for the family, I know, but I thought you might be interested. Alastair McDonald
