Is it a William Kelly (born c1852) and Bridget Connell (born about 1872?) that you're searching for? Have you found them in 1901 census in Ireland (or have they moved somewhere else by then)? Civil registration of births in Ireland started in 1864 so no birth certificate for William but Kelly and Connell are both very common surnames in Ireland so it might be difficult to find the correct family.

Because I said Sarah connell instead of Brigid Connell I then corrected myself with the following message direct to you, both were dated 7th February which you acknowledged.
Forgive me for saying Sarah Connell when I should have said Brigid Connell. After her marriage in 1899 she would have become Brigid Kelly. It was you who said her maiden name was Connell so you must have got it from somewhere else. T. PS: Brigid is the Irish form of Bridget. St Brigid was a saint with strong County Kildare connections.

Sarah,
Why don't you order the marriage certificate of William Kelly To Brigid Connell as I earlier suggested. Brigid may not have been from the immediate district and one way of finding that out would be through the marriage certificate.
