I think the second witness might be John Gale/Gall - there is a tail below the first letter of the surname, and it doesn't match up with any letters on the line underneath (which reads "had a son")
I read it as:
April 3rd Andw Willox in Crimonmogate had a daur bap named Jean. Witnesses Wm Willox & Jno Gale There.
Not sure about the last word though. The entries seem to be finished with a flourish to indicate the end (see Kerr on the line below)
