Hi, list, using the Library edition of Ancesty, I found the person I,m searching in the 1841 census, aged 2 months, I cannot find him in the 1851 or the 1861. From the 1841 census the family lived at Hollym, they had moved to Patrington by the 1851 census. He died in 1862at patrington. Where can I look next?. best wishes Clive

Hi, thank you for the quick reply, his name was William Marshall born 1841 at Hollym, father,s name was John Marshall, Mothers name Mary, nee Stather. John Is listed as ag.lab. however I know, and have the land tax for Hollym that he farmed 26 acres. He is not my direct ancestor , but a brother of my direct ancestor, I,m just trying to fill in details of all the family. Best Wishes Clive.

Hi Clive, Do you have the death certificate for William? Is it possible that your William died in 1847?
This appears to be the family in 1851. William is missing. 1851 Patrington Yorkshire HO107; Piece: 2364; Folio: 130; Page: 9
John Marshall 50 Mary Marshall 49 Henry Marshall 19 Hannah Marshall 14 John Marshall 8 Mary Ann Marshall 3
Deaths Dec 1847 Marshall William Edward Patrington 23 55
Just a thought. Regards Mariac
