Hi All

I am looking for Eleanore Edgar born 1861 in Glasgow Lanarkshire Scotland
and then moved to Neilston Renfrewshire
last knowing address 1871 age 10 at Broadlea Bank Neilston
I have look on SP for a mariage and death and never found anything
any help finding Eleanore I will be most grateful

She is still with her parents in 1881 - shown as Ellen Edgar aged 19 b Glasgow and still in Neilston

I have downloaded from SP a marriage of a Ellen Edgar to a Jacob Hannah on the 31st December in 1886. Ellen 24 a thread mill worker and her parents listed as Arthur Edgar Labourer and mother Ann Edgar, maiden name Emerson (or perhaps Cameron).

There is another marriage for an Ellen Edgar in 1905 to a Jonathan Thorpe, but I didn't access that one as I thought the dates unlikely.

If this is the correct person and you wish the certificate, just let me know.

Ellen Edgar and jonathan thorpe are my g grandparnets and Eleanore (Ellen)  Edgar 1861 was her aunt
