There are quite a few Ellwood/Elwood entries. If you pick which ones you are want from the following list I'll give you the details. Please don't pick them all!
The following gives the name of the Ellwood (bride, groom or bondsman) and his or her parish. Two names indicates that the bondsman (the second name provided) was also called Ellwood. The exception is marked with an asterisk - bride and groom both called Ellwood.

No there is no Carlisle marriage licence for this couple.
There are marriage licences for:
Joesph Udal of Crosthwaite in 1756
and a Joeph Youdall weaver of Castlerig, Crosthwaite is the bondman for a marriage licence in 1759.
There are other outlier entries as well. Those I have looked at all seem to be for Crosthwaite.
Let me know if you want any other names, dates and I'll look them up. If you do, could you start a new topic please?
