George Harmer 1834

Has anyone seen the 1861 census for George Harmer, born in Tonbridge 25.09.1834?   At some time between 1851 and 1871, he got married and moved from Ewhurst to Kensington.  Any marriege details ?

Hi

Using the 1871 info which you appear to have - he probably married 1860-1863 as eldest child is 8

Wife was b London as was eldest child so marriage was possibly in that area

Have you checked freebmd for a marriage?

If none is apparent - you will need to buy a copy of one of the childrens birth certs to establish her maiden name

There is an 1861 marriage to Elizabeth Ann Moyse but in Hertfordshire
