Do any followers of the Merionethshire board take an interest in the parish of Trawsfynydd and have some special knowledge of the ancestry and connections of the 18th century Roberts family of Goppa?

If if by good fortune you fit that description,  the benefit of your input would be much appreciated in this other thread running on the Denbighshire board,  which relates in part to the origins of the three Robertses from the Goppa family who were clergymen in the Vale of Clwyd almost continuously between 1754 and 1876.  (See particularly Reply 11 there.)

Many thanks in advance if you can help -- and apologies for troubling you with this post if you were already aware of the thread concerned.
