Hi,
If anyone has access to the Sculcoates marriage register covering 1824, I would be very grateful if a kind soul could take a look at the marriage of John ARDEN & Mary Ann MUMBY - 22nd Nov. I would love to know who Mary's father was and if there are any other details etc.

Are you researching the Mumby/Munby line. I have just start to research this line. I have just discovered that Henry Munby of Sutton on Holderness, Yks is the father of my 2xgreat grandfather Edward Richardson.

That's fantastic. It's looking like this Mary Ann MUMBY is one of mine, and it's even more interesting that John ARDEN was from Market Rasen.
Does anyone have access to the marriage licence indexes? I'm curious as to what is listed for this entry.

Here is a baptism from Sculcoates
26th December 1798 John William Munby son of John & Eliz Munby, Seaman.
Burial,
14th May 1778 Elizabeth daughter of John Munby, Mariner, Hull.
