Catling and Luffman

My father told me many years ago that there was a family connection between the Catling and Luffman families in the Great Steeping area in the 19th century. I have been unable to find it, can anyone help please?

Can we have some details re: christian names and birthyears

If after 1837 - have you checked freebmd for any Catling/Luffman marriages?
