any know where a joseph laudrum was born

i have approx 1813
this is hs wife on 1861 census

bannister green felstead                            (   all born felstead )
sarah 40 wid thatcher widow
william22     journey man thatcher             
edward 20 journeyman bricklayer
joseph 18 jorneyman thatcher
alfred 16   mole leather  Huh
susan 9 Scholars
mary 8 Scholars

Says he's a thatcher 35y b IN county

I think the census piece is missing for 1851: (Procat @ TNA)
