it looks like the Church of Ireland records for Ballycarnew exist from about 1733 and are in local custody (i.e. the Church or parish)

the sources book I have (Ryans ) mentions that some of this data (from 1811 to 1900) has been indexed by 'Wexford Heritage Research Centre'..

the notes state that they can search this for fee...sorry I dont have contact details for them.
