Hi, can anyone lookup the birth of William John Haughian

According to familysearch.org the registration is in 1874 (surname is recorded as Haughan) but they have not included the quarter that the birth is registered in. I need this to order the certificate.

Early registrations were not indexed by quarter which is why only the year is listed.

no birth for william,found this baptism they maybe some relation to him.
