William Talbot - Greyhounds

I wonder if anyone has, in their family tree, or knows of, a  William "Billy" Talbot (b. 1917) from the Athy Kilcullen area who used to raise greyhounds. He may also have been a jockey at some stage. I think he would have died sometime during the 1980's
