Looking for any info on John Dodds born 1869 in Hawick, Roxburghshire,Scotland and his wife Mary Oliver Chisholm living at St John's Rd,Elswick,Newcastle On Tyne in 1911.

known children are John,Mary,Frederick and Albert Stanley Dodds.

It might help if you posted the full 1911 census details if you have them, with John's occupation and the dates of birth of all the family at that time - it should show how long married and how many children born/survived
I had a look at the index and see the children you mention are there, with John as the eldest b. 1900

possible 1901 census

There is a death for a Cecilia Dodds on freebmd in 1901 aged 2 so she wouldn't be on the 1911 census

If this is the right family, you would then need to look on Scotlandspeople for their marriage

Mary O C Dodds,8,born Elswick,
Frederick S Dodds,2,born Elswick,
Albert Stanley C Dodds,1,born Elswick.

John Dodds and Mary Oliver Chisholm were married in Hawick 12th Feb 1898,he gave his address as 1 St John's Rd,Elswick,
John's parents were John Dodds and Agnes Stevenson,
Mary's parents were Frederick Diener Chisholm and Wilhelmina Stevenson,

Albert Stanley C Dodds born 1910 Newcastle On Tyne,

I have researched the family in Scotland and would like to find any descendants of John and Mary who moved to Elswick, looks like the correct entry for 1901, thank you,

I see now that you are wanting to go forward rather than backwards with the family!  Wasn't sure as you had said 'any info' on John & Mary Dodds  Smiley
