George William Fowler
« on: Saturday 06 June 09 17:56 UTC (UK) »

George William Fowler, died Inverness in 1980- his wife Mary Agnes (Formerly Coutts)
died Inverness in 1981.
They had resided in Warrand Road for a number of years.
Their death informants were, F Lint and J C Junor, who were friends and lived also
in Warrand Road.
George and Mary were both from Aberdeen.  As far as I am aware no other Fowlers of my
family are in Scotland.  Mary's family were shoemakers and were, I think in Peterculter
and then in Aberdeen.
They had no children.
I just wonder, whether anyone may have come across either of the informants.
Any pointers would help.
Thanks.
Ian

Hi Ian

The local newspaper in Inverness runs a column titled 'Seeking the Past' to assist people who are trying to trace family history etc. The web address is www.inverness-courier.co.uk.
Perhaps an entry in the newspaper would help track your informants.
