Struggling to find marriage details and birth details of Sarah Morley.
John Ramsey, born Walkington, 1810 married Sarah Morley, born Hull, c 1806.
Last child from marriage Mary Ann Ramsey, born Crowle Lincs, 1845 confirms parents names from birth certificate.
First child from marriage John Ramsey, born Hull, 1828 suggests marriage c 1827 in Hull. Later children mainly born in Thorne [from census]
1841 census possibly under "Ramseey" in Thorne.
1851 & 1861 census shows John & Sarah living in Crowle Lincs.
[John Ramsay born 1810 birth identified on IGI].

A little more information may assist. John and Sarah's children were:
John, born Hull, ERY. 5th Jun 1828. Mother Sarah, no surname [IGI].
Thomas, born Thorne, WRY. 5th Sept 1830. Mother Sarah, no surname [IGI].
Elizabeth, born Thorne, WRY. 8th Jul 1832. Mother Sarah, no surname [IGI].
Harriet Douglass, born Holy Trinity Hull. 14th Oct 1834. Mother Sarah, no surname [IGI]. 1851 census shows Harriet born 1833 in Woodhouse ERY.
William Henry, born Thorne, WRY. 13th Sept 1835. Mother Sarah, no surname [IGI].
Ann, born Thorne, WRY. 5th Nov 1837. Mother Sarah, no surname [IGI].
James, born Thorne, WRY. 12th May 1839. Mother Sarah, no surname [IGI].
Sarah Ann, born Thorne, WRY.3 1st Jan 1841. Mother Sarah, no surname [IGI].
Mary Ann, born Crowle, Lincs. 8th Sept 1845

Well, it looks as though the theory is holding water. 
I found both marriages at the RO this morning:
1. Drypool, by licence. Nov 28 1824 Robert Chapman otp joiner & Sarah Morley of the parish of Holy Trinity, Hull, spinster.
He signed, she made her mark.
Witnesses: Thomas Morley, Adam Kenningham (latter a regular witness).
2. Sutton Feb 13 1827 John Ramsay, cordwainer, bachelor otp & Sarah Chapman, widow, otp.
he signed, she made her mark.
Witnesses: George Ashton, Susannah Wilson.
I didn't find a burial in Drypool for Robert Chapman between Nov 1824 and Feb 1827 - but they may have moved into a different parish.
So, with a bit of luck, not only is this the right marriage, but Thomas Morley might also be Sarah's dad (or brother  ).
Incidentally, I don't think Harriet Douglass Ramsay is yours - the PR entry gives her parents as William & Sarah. I thought it was strange in the midst of all those baptisms in Thorne.

In that case, perhaps it was a mistake on the part of the parish clerk, and he wrote down the wrong name for the father? We'll probably never know, but, if the census has the right age for Harriet and the right birthplace, then I'd be tempted to keep her!
