Well, thinking logically if the son Jonathan was b 1821 he's going to marry post 1837.
You should seek out the marriage certificate.

NOT TOO SURE about that father; an 1808 birthdate for him would mean fathering a child aged 13 or so if 1821 is correct.

IF the geographocal info is accurate then the marriage of the father could have been in the immediate locality.
Marriages for Hebden Bridge are covered by www.cfhsweb.co.uk which have made an arrangement to view their works on findmypast.

There are 3 possible Marriages dates of Jonathan Crabtree Junior in Todmorden with quite a few possible spouses   Huh
