Finding a Spark

Im looking into the family with the surname Spark/Sparks. I have got back to an alexander Spark born approx 1690. The family ended up moving to canada in the 1800's. I would be greatful if anyone could help me go back any further. He had a son called Alexander born 1712 but im unsure of the mother. Thanks Mark
