Can't find Sparshot, do you mean Sparsholt? Sorry my geography of Berks is poor 
There is a Susan Curtis aged 2, b Uffington Berks with parents Richard and Emma living in Uffington. Can provide more info if that looks likely.
Any more info that may identify her more easily? Parents names etc?

Thank you as i don't as yet have anymore information other than she married in 1890 to George henry ferris. Have just found the information on marriage cert, her father was Richard so that helps thanks again

Hello,
As Nicky says, that's the most likely match. The marriage certificate will give the father's name so you can verify it that way.
There is a baptism on the IGI for this Susan by the looks of it, 30 AUG 1868 Uffington, Berkshire, England. Father Richard Curtis, Mother Emma Poodle - but you'd have to verify that as well - that is of course if this is your Susan.
