 Undecided   I have  a name  in my  f/ tree not common in Gloucestershire,
         SALMONS   ::            She   Elizabeth JANE  married a man
 from HEREFORDSHIRE  AND  LIVED IN GLOUCESTER
In Glos  from around 1880  ...Any one know any more info on her ? Do
the name ring any bells in High Beach area ?? please let me know !! Smiley

On the 1891 census there are 465 people with the surname SALMONS
Only 2 of which are shown as living in Gloucestershire, plus, only 3 of the above 465 were shown as born in Gloucestershire as listed below

So it would seem to be a very rare surname
