Death/Burials - Barnes in Great Yarmouth

Hi

I am not sure if anybody can help me.  Having hunted the 1851 census' for some  ancestors without any joy i have come to the conclusion that they may have died between 1841 and 1851.  The persons i am looking for are:

John Barnes (butcher) living in Gt Yarmouth (St Nicholas district) in 1841, born abt 1796 in county of Norfolk.  There are 3 potential FreeBMD Yarmouth entries between 1841 and 1851 and these are Dec Q 1849, Mar Q 1850 (although lists a middle name of Alfred so not sure on this one) and Jun Q 1850.

Mary Ann Barnes living in Great Yarmouth in 1841 as above, born also abt 1796 in County.  There are 4 potential entries on freeBMD, the last being the most favourable, and these are Mar Q 1843, Jun Q 1847, Dec Q 1847 and Mar Q 1849 (this lists Mary Ann Barnes and as i think her middle name may have been Mary this may be the most likely).

Can anybody help me to either confirm or discount the above details, or alternatively find them on the Census in 1851!

Any help would be appreciated.
