also - to a Donald Manson and an Isabel Murray in Thurso:

13 Nov 1762 - Isabel
2 Nov 1865 - Janet
14 June 1768  - William

Isabel and Eliz/sabeth were often used as alternatives.

Given this naming pattern, this might be Donald's bpt in Olrig

18 Jan 1741 - Father - Alexanader

Unfortunately no mother's name is given.

Hi
If you go to FREEREG you'll find your Mansons there with witness details, and 1 of the witnesses to your couples children is Alex. Manson the childs grandfather. You should also be able to see there marraige too.
