I thought the diagram might help and given that I tongue tie myself trying to explain things it seemed logical LOL
Will post a look up on Nths for Amy. Look up posted here.
If William (5) was born c1810 then I'd guess at his father being born c1780 -/+5years or so.
Thomas (9) had a brother, Walker, who had a son, John, c1774 in Priors Hardwick - probably clutching at straws...

There is an Amy Batchelor, daughter of Francis and Mary who was baptised 7th Jan 1750 at Boddington, not far from Hellidon

William Wimbush and Sarah Lockington married 14 Oct 1783 in Dunchurch, Warwickshire.
The WIMBUSH line came from Upper Boddington, so I think it's very probable that this could be the right Amy.
