Hello,
I am looking into my family history, namely that of the Weeks family. My grans grandfather was a Frederick William Weeks. He was married twice, and his first wife is my Grans genetic grandmother, though she died in 1887. Her name was Mary Ann Weeks. She was born in Waverley in 1857 and died in Wandsworth in 1887. I am looking for information about her, though do not know her maiden name.

Hello

I'm guessing you got Mary's details from the 1881 census

There is this marriage:  Sep 1880 Wandsworth    1d   914
WATERS    Mary and on same page  WEEKS Frederick William    

The marriage cert would obviously give you her father's name and occupation, or a copy of the son William G's birth certificate would help
Mar 1881  Wandsworth    1d   724       WEEKS    William George        

Have you looked for Mary in the 1871 census? (I see from your other posts you have access to census)

Having looked at the 1881 census image I believe Mary's birthplace is Waresley, Hunts

1871 census has a Mary Ann Waters born Waresley Huntingdonshire, with father George
census ref  RG10  Piece  1534  Folio  120  Page 4

1861 has her there with parents George and Mary
RG9 Piece  982  Folio 97 Page  5

let me know if you need full details

possible birth registration:
Mar 1857  St Neots    3b   279
Waters    Mary Ann   

possible marriage registration  for parents Dec 1850  St Neots  14 451
 WATERS  George  and on same page  NORMAN   Mary
