Hi there does any one know if Castleview Avenue, North Strand , Limerick still exists and if so does any one know where I can access any photos of it on the Internet.

Erin,
Castleview Avenue, Limerick, is located behind St. Munchin's Church in Clancy's Strand (North Strand) Limerick.
St. Munchin's is located opposite the Treaty Stone . Castleview Avenue was once called O'Halloran's Lane. One would think the name was called Castleview because from that location I think you can see King John's Castle on the other side of the Shannon River.

I am indeed a long way from Limerick, however I have visited there a few times helping my wife to trace her seven convicts of which five came from Ireland and the other two from England. I married into a "terrible" family, LOL Wink
Sorry, but I don't know who would be able to help you to obtain a photograph except if you send an email to Father Clohesy of St.Munchin's Church he may ask one of his helpers or parishiners to take a photo for you. He is a nice man.
