No problem Newbie.  Have just had a look at the 1901 census for Co. Wexford . D.E.D. Whitemore, there are several Patrick Kehoes in Ryleen & Lacken.  Now remember if you want to search for a patrick Kehoe in New Ross town, enter New Ross Urban in the box.  there are a lot of Kehoes there too.  Especially in Irish town.  Also a search of the Church records may help too.  for Catholic parishes most of New Ross town including Ryleen is in the parish of St. Michael& Marys parish Church Cross Street, New Ross, Co. Wexford, contact Fr. Joseph Mc Grath P.P.  However Lacken is in Cushinstown parish and if you contact Fr. Murphy, P.P. St. Marys Church Cushinstown, Foulksmills ,Co. Wexford.  They may be able to help.  Note that Cushinstown is only 4 miles from New Ross but it is in a different district.  Although I live only 1 mile from Cushinstown Church, Iam in New Ross parish.  Yet our neighbour is in Cushinstown parish!!!!!  So it can be confusing and it helpsto know your districts &parishes.

Hope I havent confused you.  Sorry I am not technically savvy enough to paste a link to the National Archives of Ireland 1911 census on line.

Thanks Summerhill, you are right, it can be v.confusing!
I have the Kehoe's I know about in 1911 in Wales, I think I need to try the 1901 I can't find that online, but from reading the Nat.Archives site info I think it's not yet released but will be later this year, so I'll have to wait for that.
and thanks for the info about the churches I think I'll contact them and see if any information can be found there first.

Thanks for the link  aghadowey
