I'm getting a bit worried about Selby as I cant find him on any other censuses or a birth for him. Perhaps that isnt his name. Perhaps I couldnt read it. Perhaps he is Gregory Selby and not related to the Gregorys at all, just coincidnece he has a Gregory in his name and comes from Leicester.
Who knows!

There are 3 Elizabeth Gregory deaths between 1861 and 1871 in Leicester.
2 of them could be his first wife and the daughter.
But only a "possible" would need certs etc to see
annoyingly too early for ages in the death index
and one for John Thomas in 1865, again no age, so might not be the son

Whether she was Elizabeth 1 or 2, she has died by 1881, and Robert has moved and fallen on hard times
