I seem to have lots of ancestors buried in that area so it would perhaps be a good idea for me to purchase a CD or register online for this.
Any ideas anyone?

Thank you, this is brilliant. I have found my Gt Gt Grandparents on this who were buried in Fenton which is really good.
How else would I find out about the others as they must be buried somewhere even in public graves. Just nice to put closure to these ancestors. Its mainly Browns, Brunts and Riddles in the Fenton, Longton area I am looking for.
Kind regards

Hi Tigsy
I will have a look for your ancestors
I have had a look in Fenton only found three Brown's quite modern. Longton is the best bet. That is my next stop Alf

Thank you. Another entry I would like to locate is: Martha Davis who died on 27th Sept 1870 at Crofs? St, Fenton aged 35 years. She was a Potter Scourer and died of Phlitis. She was my Gt Gt Grandmother. Her husband (who we don't think she married) Samuel Brown died on 23rd May 1887 aged 60 – of Pulmonary Congestion – at 41 China St, Fenton - I think he spent some time in the workhouse at Penkull?
Any help locating these burials greatly appreciated.
Kind regards
