There are two deaths in Northumberland for Isabella Liddle one August 1999 dob 17 May 1912 and the other in Nov 2000 dob 18 Aug 1914 don't know if either of those are your Isabella. Still no sign of her birth.

Hi..
My Grandmother died when I was about 5-8 I remeber the train journey we took as my Mum had a message saying Isabella was ill....The train crashed at Darlington..So the year of her death must be about mid 60s

I thank you  Smiley. The only Liddle birth with mothers maiden name Baldam was in JunQ1933  (FreeBMD), the only Liddle/Baldam marriage was 1934 I wonder if Isabella might've muddied the waters a bit.

Pity  Undecided

It might be worth considering Elizabeth b.1909 - she may be the missing Isabella, many an ancestor gave the wrong age on the marriage cert, and that's really all you have to go on.  The death reg should give age or date of birth, but even that may not be correct, depending on who the informant was.
Does your mother remember the names of all her aunts and whether they married or not?
