Patrick Higgins birth Galway Which parish? COMPLETED

For many years I have been trying to find the birth details of my great grand father Patrick or Patrick Michael or Michael Patrick Higgins who was born c 1834 in Galway, from his wedding certificate I know his father was a Michael Higgins a mason by occupation.
I have now narrowed my search down to three candidates Patrick 17 Mar 1833 @ Rinavore, Michael Patrick 2 May 1834 @ Headford and Patrick 22 Jan 1835 @ Ross.
Is there any way I can narrow my search further by access to the registers of these parishes or finding out if  Michael Higgins was a resident in which of these parishes?
I live in Australia which makes research difficult to say the least

Hi Densavage,
Have you any idea if your great grandfather had any chidren? My great grandmother was a Higgins from Galway, we think possibly Tuam. She was born in the 1870's.
