Bedminster reg dist marriage

Hello,

I am trying to find where my husbands Grt Grt Grandparents Pheobe Watkins & William Reynolds (both from Monmouthshire) married in 1846 in the Bedminster registration district.  I would like to find out where exactly they married.  Would anyone know what areas that district covers or be able to help find their marriage for me.

        The above family are still at Bedminster 61+71.Can;t find a marriage for Wlm+Phoebe, do you have them on any census?
