Samuel Powell Broome after 1941

My great uncle Samuel Powell BROOME born 1881 in Spennymoor Durham England emigrated to New Jersey in 1928. His wife and two daughters followed a year later.
I have an address and occupation for him in the WW2 draft document in 1941 - G Sherco Realty Company 55 Lincoln Ave Newark New Jersey . This is also shown as his address. Any info gratefully accepted .

There is a Mary Ann Broome on the UK Incoming Passenger List. I cannot view the details, but she appears to be born around 1882 and returning to the UK c1960.

In case you don't have the information, the family was living in West Orange, Essex, New Jersey in 1930. They are listed as Bromer, not Broome.

Perhaps Samuel died so Mary Ann returned to the UK. I will try to find her death in England.

Mary Ann Broome, born 6 Mar 1880, arrived in Southampton on 9 Aug 1960 on the Queen Mary. The passenger list gives a UK address of 37 Elmfield Gdns, Wallsend on Tyne. She held a US passport and her last and future permanent residences are listed as USA. It also indicates she was going to be in the UK for 4 months. This Mary Ann is listed as being single however the instructions on the passenger list indicated that anyone who was widowed or divorced was to be listed as single.

The Social Security Death Index has an entry for a Mary Broome who was born 6 Mar 1880 and died May 1965. Her last residence is listed as New Jersey but that doesn't mean she died in New Jersey. Her social security number was issued in New Jersey (pre-1951).
