Can someone give me so direction as to how I can research an ancestress of mine. I have all the stuff for ehr after she left irelanfd but nothign before hand. The information I ahve from ehr convict records is that her
name was Mary Gibson,
Natural place County Down
Tried 18/6/1847
Age 26
Religion P (I assume protestant)
Could write
1 child
Husband John Davis? Draws,? "a soldier in the 57th rig?
Father Ronert
Mother Jane Gibson? a prisoner on "Greenlass?"
Brother John, David do 1842

Any suggestions are welcome
